Note When seeking support, clearly state that there is a BDD/MDT issue. Mentioning “deployment” in general may result in routing to the incorrect queue.
Note Please note that support for MDT is done via callback, with response times generally ranging between 1 and 4 hours depending on the severity of the issue and other issues in the queue.
