The installation updates the system with setup to the Configuration Manager 2007 server, files, and Start menu. If the console is opened during installation, then you must refresh the Configuration Manager Console.
HP collections:
Collections>HP Servers—Collection to aggregate all HP servers.
Collections>HP Servers>HP ProLiant Servers—Collection to aggregate all HP ProLiant servers.
HP package and program:
Software Distribution>Packages>HP ProLiant Hardware Inventory Tool—Package that points to %ProgramFiles%\HP ProLiant Hardware Inventory Tool for Configuration Manager 2007\Package folder.
Start Menu:
Start>HP ProLiant Hardware Inventory Tool for Configuration Manager 2007>User Guide—Shortcut menu to access the User Guide.

The installation does not automate the software distribution and advertisement procedure. To distribute and advertise the inventory tool, and then collect inventoried data to the Configuration Manger 2007 server, see the Using the Software section.
