Receiving the Parcel

When you receive a parcel, ensure that you have received it correctly.

• Did you receive verification that the parcel was received physically at all sites to which it was sent?
• Did you receive verification that the parcel was received in Courier Sender Manager at all sites to which it was sent?
• Did you verify that the packages and package instructions contained within the parcel were moved to the Despooler inbox at all receiving sites?
