Unable to launch a wizard in Monitor Manager due to lost connection

Monitor Manager is configured to update data by periodically connecting with Monitor Service. Monitor Manager displays failure status when it fails to connect with Monitor Service. All wizards are disabled when the connection with Monitor Service is lost. Ensure that the network connection is working and that the Monitor Service is running. You must perform a manual refresh or connect another Monitor Service to restore the Ready state and re-enable all wizards.
