System Center Updates Publisher is available in the following languages:

When creating software updates, localized titles and descriptions can be added for any of the languages listed above.

The Binary Language field must be specified on the Select Package page of the Create Update Wizard. This setting specifies the language of the software update source file. The Windows Language basic rule can be added to the software update definition and used to verify the operating system language on a scanned computer. Both the Binary Language field and Windows Language rule have a drop-down list containing the following languages:
