Use the General tab to specify the level of remote control that you want a remote administrator to have on your computer.

When Remote Control is enabled on your computer, your administrator provides default settings that determine the level of remote access allowed to this computer. If your administrator selects the Use administrator settings check box, the options on the General tab are unavailable and you cannot change these settings.
