When the Configuration Manager 2007 site is operating in native mode, operating system deployment Configuration Manager 2007 clients require public key infrastructure (PKI) certificates that enable them to communicate with the Configuration Manager 2007 site and complete deployment. These certificates include a client authentication certificate and a trusted root certification authority certificate.
