If a Configuration Manager 2007 software update point will support Internet-based clients, you must configure the software update point with one of the following options:
- Configure the active software update point to
accept connections from client computers from the intranet and
Internet
- Configure the active software update point to
accept connections from clients on the intranet, and configure an
active Internet-based software update point to accept connections
from clients on the Internet.
Use the following procedure to configure a software update point for Internet-based client connections.
