Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 collections represent groups of resources managed by the Configuration Manager 2007 and include collections of mobile devices. For more information about collections, see About Collections. The following collections of mobile devices are preconfigured:
- All Windows Mobile devices
- All Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003
devices
- All Windows Mobile Pocket PC 5.0
devices
- All Windows Mobile Smartphone 2003
devices
- All Windows Mobile Smartphone 5.0
devices
Collections for mobile devices, including collections for Windows Mobile 6 mobile devices, can be created using queries. For more information, see How to Use Queries to Create Windows Mobile Device Collections.
Procedure
View a collection of Windows Mobile devices using the following steps:
To view a collection of Windows Mobile devices

In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Computer Management / Collections.

In the results pane, double-click the collection of mobile devices you want to view. The collection of devices is displayed in the results pane.
