Use the Customization tab of the Configuration Manager 2007 Computer Client Agent Properties dialog box to display organization-specific text that will be displayed to the users of Configuration Manager 2007 client computers when they receive software packages from Configuration Manager 2007.
This tab contains the following elements:
- Organization Name
- Specifies the name of your organization.
NoteIf you change the organization name, you must also update the boot images in your site so that the correct organization name will appear while associated task sequences are running on the target computer.
- Software updates
- Specifies the unique text to display in the Configuration Manager 2007 client user interface when deploying software updates.
- Software distribution
- Specifies the unique text to display in the Configuration Manager 2007 client user interface when deploying software packages.
- Operating system deployments
- Specifies the unique text to display in the Configuration Manager 2007 client user interface when deploying operating systems.
- OK
- Saves the changes and exits the dialog box.
- Cancel
- Exits the dialog box without saving any changes.
- Apply
- Saves the changes and remains in the dialog box.
- Help
- Opens the help topic for this tab of the dialog box.
