Use this procedure to disconnect a site from Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Service Manager so that the site and its components no longer appear in Service Manager.
How to disconnect a site

Open ConfigMgr Service Manager.

Click Site, and then click Disconnect.

In the Disconnect from Sites dialog box, select the sites from which you want to disconnect, and then click OK.
