Asset Intelligence reports can be run to view the most detailed information collected by the Asset Intelligence feature. Asset Intelligence reports can be used to view the report types described in the following table.
Type of Asset Intelligence Report | Description |
---|---|
Provides information about hardware assets within your organization, including age and upgrade readiness. |

Provides information about licensing, including number of licenses in use, sales channel, and time until expiration. |
|
Provides information about software families, categories, and specific software titles installed on computers within your organization. |

Use the following procedures to view collected Asset Intelligence information.
To view collected Asset Intelligence Information using Asset Intelligence Reports

In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database (<site code> - <site name>) / Computer Management / Asset Intelligence / Asset Intelligence Reports.

Right-click the Asset Intelligence report you want to view, and click Run to view the report.
Note If the Configuration Manager console action pane is displayed, the selected report can also be run by clicking Run in the action pane.
To view collected Asset Intelligence Information using the Asset Intelligence home page in Configuration Manager 2007 SP1 sites

In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database (<site code> - <site name>) / Computer Management / Asset Intelligence.

View Asset Intelligence catalog information displayed on the Asset Intelligence home page in the results pane of the Configuration Manager console.
