Report Viewer in Configuration Manager 2007 can be opened from the Configuration Manager console or by using a Web browser. Report Viewer can be opened from any computer that has access to a reporting point and for users that have sufficient reporting security rights. Configuration Manager automatically creates the Reporting Users users group that can be used to manage which users have access to reports and dashboards. For more information, see Reporting Security Best Practices.
