Use the following procedure to refresh the display in ConfigMgr Status Message Viewer and update the display with any new results from the Configuration Manager 2007 database.
To refresh status messages

In ConfigMgr Status Message Viewer, click View, and then click Refresh.

The status messages will be reloaded from the Configuration Manager 2007 site database and displayed in ConfigMgr Status Message Viewer.
