You can enable a program that has been disabled in order to resume availability of that program to client computers.
To enable a program

In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Computer Management / Software Distribution / Packages.

Expand the package to which the program belongs, and then click Programs. 
- 
Right-click the program name, and then click Properties. 
- 
On the Advanced tab, clear the Disable this program on computers where it is advertised check box. 
- 
Click OK.  Note NoteYou can also enable a program by enabling an advertisement that was used to disable it. For more information about how to do this, see How to Enable an Advertisement.
