The address rate limits properties are used to configure the communications network load between sites by day, time, and priority of data to be transferred. You can specify more than one time period to schedule for varying priorities of data to be sent using this page of the wizard.

By default, new sender addresses are open for all priorities of traffic between sites seven days a week, 24 hours a day. |
- Day time picker control
- Use this control to select an inclusive day and time period to control network load for the sender address.
- Scheduled availability for selected time period
- Displays the day and time period selected for scheduling sender address communications. For example, Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.

- Use this control to select a scheduling availability for sender
address communications based on the priority of data being sent.
The following options are available:
- Open for all priorities
- Allow medium and high priority
- Allow high priority only
- Closed
- Open for all priorities
- Unavailable to substitute for inoperative addresses
- Use this control to enable the site to use this address as a substitute if another address to the destination site fails. To prevent this address from being used as a substitute during the selected time period, select Unavailable to substitute for inoperative addresses.
