You must have Modify permission for the Site security object class or instance to perform this procedure.

To change the order of status filter rules

  1. In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database / Site Management / <site name> / Site Settings / Status Filter Rules.

  2. In the results pane, right-click a status filter rule, and then click Increment Priority or Decrement Priority.

  3. Repeat step 2 until the status filter rule is where you want it. Status filter rules are evaluated starting from the top of the list. If the Do not process lower-priority status filter rules option has been set for any rule, evaluation stops when a message matches that rule; otherwise, a message can match several rules.
