synchronization point cannot connect to System Center Online
If the Asset Intelligence catalog is not updating as expected, the Asset Intelligence synchronization point site system role might not be connecting to System Center Online.
Solution
Verify that the Asset Intelligence synchronization point has Internet connectivity and that TCP port 443 is configured to allow communication though any configured firewalls.
