The Platforms Applicability tab allows you to specify which platforms the new device driver can be installed on. The initial set of applicable platforms that the device drivers are associated with is calculated when the device driver is initially imported.
- This program can be run on any platform
- Allows the device drivers to be available to all client platforms. Selecting this option will make the device driver to all computer platforms.
- This program can only run on specified client platforms
- Allows you to specify which client platforms this device driver is available to. You can override the device driver defaults by selecting this option.
