The Network Access Protection client agent in Configuration Manager 2007 allows you to enable and configure Network Access Protection (NAP) settings for clients that are NAP-capable.

Enables the Network Access Protection client agent for the Configuration Manager 2007 site.
Network Access Protection Client Agent Properties: Evaluation Tab

Specifies how NAP-capable clients evaluate their compliance to produce a statement of health (SoH), and includes settings for tasks such as using local time or coordinated universal time, forcing a fresh scan for each evaluation, and setting the evaluation schedule.
