Use the General tab of the Configuration Manager 2007 Status Message Query Properties dialog box to modify the name and description of a status message query and also to edit or create the code for a new query or import an existing Configuration Manager 2007 query.
This tab contains the following elements:
- Name
- Specifies a name for the status message query. The name should be unique and descriptive.
- Comment
- Specifies the description for the status message query.
- Import Query Statement
- Opens the Browse Query dialog box from which you can import an existing Configuration Manager 2007 status message query for use or modification.
- Edit Query Statement
- Opens the Query Statement Properties dialog box from which you can define a new query or edit an existing query to be used in the status message query.
- OK
- Saves the changes and exits the dialog box.
- Cancel
- Exits the dialog box without saving any changes.
- Apply
- Saves the changes and remains in the dialog box.
- Help
- Opens the help topic for this tab of the dialog box.
