Use this procedure to clear all Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 status values from the Status column in the ConfigMgr Service Manager window. Because clearing all values empties the Status column, doing so before selecting a few components and querying them makes it easy to find the new status of those components.

How to clear all status values

  1. Open ConfigMgr Service Manager.

  2. On the Component menu, click Clear Status.
