Use this dialog box to specify Remote Tools Client Agent settings, if you select Limited Remote Tools access in the Policy tab.
View client screen and control its keyboard and mouse
Specifies that administrators can view the client screen and control the client keyboard and mouse.
Run commands on client computer
Specifies that administrators can run commands on clients. Run commands by using the client's default path, which is specified in the client's Control Panel.
Transfer files to and from client computer
Specifies that administrators can transfer files to and from clients.
Restart client computer
Specifies that administrators can restart clients.
Exchange text messages with client (chat)
Specifies that administrators can initiate chat sessions with clients.
View client computer configuration
Specifies that administrators can view diagnostic information and ping clients.
