Using the Hardware Requirements node of the Configuration Manager console, administrators can modify custom hardware requirements for software title information stored in the Asset Intelligence catalog.

Use the following procedure to modify custom Asset Intelligence catalog hardware requirements.

Existing, non-custom hardware requirements information stored in the Asset Intelligence catalog is read only and cannot be modified. |
To modify a custom hardware requirement

In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager / Site Database (<site code> - <site name>) / Computer Management / Asset Intelligence / Customize Knowledge Base / Hardware Requirements.

Right-click the software title name with the custom hardware requirement that will be modified, and click Properties.
Note If the Configuration Manager console action pane is displayed, the custom hardware requirement can also be modified by clicking the software title name with the custom hardware requirement that will be modified and then clicking Properties in the action pane. -
Modify the custom hardware requirements information as necessary, and click OK.
