This chapter discusses the use of queries in SMS 2.0, the SMS Query Builder application, and Crystal Info. SMS Query Builder uses queries to display data contained in the site database. Crystal Info is an application accessible through the SMS Administrator console that is used for report design and display. It queries the site database in order to find data for inclusion in those reports.
To do the exercises in this chapter, you must have completed the exercises in Chapters 2 and 3. That is, Computer 1 must be configured as a site server and client computer inventory must be collected before you attempt these exercises.
