You can use Remote Chat to communicate with a user at a selected client. When you start a chat session with a client, the Remote Tools window serves as the chat window on the SMS Administrator console, and a Remote Chat window opens on the client. When you or the user at the client types text in the Local User box, that text appears in the other computer's Remote User box.
Remote Chat can be used on all remote clients and is available from the Remote Tools window.
