You can use File Transfer to transfer files between the SMS Administrator console computer and the selected client. When you discover a corrupt or missing file on the user's computer, you can use File Transfer to transfer files directly to a client's local storage or transfer client files to your computer for troubleshooting. The File Transfer utility is available from the Remote Tools window. When a directory tree for both the client and the SMS Administrator console computers appears, you can create folders and copy and delete files on the client computer.
