Delete a Resource

Note    You must have Delete Resource permission for a Collection security object to delete a resource in that collection.

1. 

   Navigate to Collections.

2.  Systems Management Server
      Site Database
        Collections

3. Click the collection that contains the resource you want to delete.
4. Right-click the resource you want to delete.

5. Note    You can select more than one resource at a time.

6. Click Delete.
7. To confirm that you want to delete the selected resources, click Yes.

The resource is deleted from the collection and from the SMS site database.

Note    If you want to simply remove a resource from the collection but not from the SMS site database, modify the collection membership rules.
