Note To
create an advertisement, you must have Create permission for the
Advertisement security object type,
Advertise permission for the collection, and Read permission for
the package.
Caution It is
strongly recommended that you test advertised programs in a
controlled environment before you create advertisements for
targeted clients in your site hierarchy.
Navigate to Advertisements.

Right-click Advertisements, point to New, and
then click Advertisement.
In the Advertisement Properties dialog box, complete the
settings in these tabs:
Specify the advertisement name, the collection of clients, the
package, and the program in the General tab.
Schedule the program to run on clients in the Schedule tab. If you do not schedule the
advertisement, SMS makes it available immediately.
Specify security settings for the new advertisement in the
Security
tab.
SMS sends the advertisement data to
CAPs in the site.
