Configure NetWare Bindery Logon Discovery

Note   You must have Modify permission for the Site security object class or instance to perform this procedure.

  1. Navigate to Discovery Methods.

  2.  Systems Management Server
       Lower levelSite Database
         Lower levelSite Hierarchy
           Lower levelsite name
             Lower levelSite Settings
               Lower levelDiscovery Methods

  3. Right-click NetWare Bindery Logon Discovery, and then click Properties.
  4. In the NetWare Bindery Logon Discovery Properties dialog box, click the General tab.
  5. Select Enable NetWare Bindery Logon Discovery, and then specify the NetWare bindery servers to be used as logon points.
  6. Click the Logon Settings tab, select Modify login scripts, and then specify how often to update them.

    Note   NetWare Bindery Logon Discovery will not work unless Modify login scripts is selected.

  7. Click the Polling Schedule tab, and then specify how often new DDRs are retrieved from NetWare bindery logon points.
