Configure Windows NT User Account Discovery

Note   You must have Modify permission for the Site security object class or instance to perform this procedure.

  1. Navigate to Discovery Methods.

  2.  Systems Management Server
       Lower levelSite Database
         Lower levelSite Hierarchy
           Lower levelsite name
             Lower levelSite Settings
               Lower levelDiscovery Methods

  3. Right-click Windows NT User Account Discovery, and then click Properties.
  4. In the Windows NT User Account Discovery Properties dialog box, click the General tab.
  5. Select Enable Windows NT User Account Discovery, and then specify the domains to be searched for user accounts. The local domain is specified by default.
  6. Click the Polling Schedule tab, and then specify when domain controllers will be polled.
