Sender Address Properties Dialog Box: Schedule Tab

Use this tab to set the schedule of a sender address.

Scheduled availability for selected time period

In the week chart, click to select an hour, or drag a rectangle of several hours over several days.

Availability

The availability of this address during the selected time period:

• Open for all priorities
• Allow medium and high priority
• Allow high priority only
• Closed

SMS components usually determine the priority of various jobs; for example, site control files are high priority and collection properties are normal priority. However, you can specify the priorities of packages. If you specify a package as having high priority, the package is sent to child sites using high priority.

Unavailable to substitute for inoperative addresses

Prevents this address from being used as a substitute for inoperative addresses during the selected time period.
