Configure Windows Networking Logon Client Installation


Note   You must have Modify permission for the Site security object class or instance to perform this procedure.

  1.  Systems Management Server
       Lower levelSite Database
         Lower levelSite Hierarchy
           Lower levelsite name
             Lower levelSite Settings
               Lower levelClient Installation

  2. In the details pane, right-click Windows Networking Logon, and then click Properties.
  3. In the Windows Networking Logon Client Installation Properties dialog box, click the General tab.
  4. Select the Enable Windows Networking Logon Client Installation check box, and then specify the domains to be used as logon points.
  5. In the Logon Settings tab, select Modify user logon scripts, and then specify how often to update them. Once per day is recommended.

    Note   This installation method will not work unless Modify user logon scripts is selected.
