Specify a New Remote Tools Permitted Viewer Account

  1. Navigate to Client Agents.

  2.  Systems Management Server
       Lower levelSite Database
         Lower levelSite Hierarchy
           Lower levelsite name
             Lower levelSite Settings
               Lower levelClient Agents

  3. Click Client Agents.
  4. In the details pane, right-click Remote Tools Client Agent, and then click Properties.
  5. In the Remote Tools Client Agent Properties dialog box, click the Security tab.
  6. Click Picture of the New button to open the New Viewer dialog box, and then specify an existing Windows NT account or group name.
