The Modify Update Wizard guides you though modifying an existing custom software update. The following procedure provides steps for starting and using the wizard.

To view detailed descriptions for configuration options from a page in the Modify Update Wizard, press F1.

To start the Modify Update Wizard

  1. In the Custom Updates Publishing Tool console tree pane, select the Custom Updates Publishing Tool product node.

  2. In the list pane, select the custom update that needs to be modified.

  3. Start the Modify Update Wizard by performing one of the following actions:

    1. Right-click the custom update, and then click Edit.

    2. On the Action menu item, click Edit.

    3. In the Action pane, click Edit.

  4. Navigate to the wizard page with that contains the configuration setting that needs to be modified.
