Use the following procedure to either join or withdraw from the Microsoft Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP).

To help improve the quality, reliability, and performance of Microsoft products and services, the Customer Experience Improvement Program collects anonymous information about participating customers’ software and hardware configurations and how Microsoft software and services are used. The data is analyzed statistically to identify trends and usage patterns. No identifying information is collected.

1. In the VMM Administrator Console, in Administration view, in the navigation pane, click General.

2. In the results pane, click Customer Experience Improvement Program Settings.

3. In the Actions pane, under Settings, click Modify.

4. To join the program or stop participating in CEIP, select the appropriate option.
