Use the following procedure to add a Control Activity Result to an Active Control Activity from the Service Manager console.

  1. In the Service Manager console, in the Navigation pane, select Compliance and Risk Items.
  2. In the Compliance and Risk Items pane, expand All Compliance and Risk Items, expand Control Management, expand Control Activities, and then select Control Activities: Active.
  3. In the Control Activities : Active view, select the Control Activity to which you want to add a Control Activity Result.
  4. In the Tasks pane, click Edit.

    The Control Activity form displays.

  5. On the Control Activity form, on the Results tab, click New.

    The Select Template dialog box appears.

  6. Complete the Select Template dialog box using the information in the following table, and then click OK.

The Create Control Activity Result dialog box appears.

  1. Complete the tabs on the Create Control Activity Result dialog box using the information in the following table, and then click OK.

  1. On the Control Activity form, click OK.
