If you stop or start Mobile Device Manager (MDM) Enrollment Server, you must also stop or start MDM services and the IIS Administration Service on the computer that is running MDM Enrollment Server.

- On the 
Startmenu choose 
Run, and then in the 
Openbox type 
Control Panel.
 - Select 
OK.
 - Double-click 
Scheduled Tasks.
 - From the menu bar, choose 
Advanced, and then select 
AT Service Account.
 - In the 
AT Service Account Configurationdialog box, choose 
System Accountand then choose 
OK.
 - On the 
Startmenu choose 
Run, in the 
Openbox, type 
cmdand then choose 
OK.
 - At the command prompt, type the following command:
This step re-compiles the Scm.mof file.

 - Close the command prompt window and then re-start the computer.
 
To start MDM Services
- 
On the Startmenu, choose Run, and then in the Openbox, type services.msc.
 - 
In the Servicesdialog box, right-click SCMDM Enrollment Service, and then choose Start.
 - 
From the Startmenu, choose Programs, Administrative Tools, Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
 - 
In IIS Manager, expand Web Sites, right-click each of the following Web sites, and then select Start:
- EnrollmentAdmin 
 - Enrollment 
 
 - EnrollmentAdmin 
 
To stop MDM Services
- 
On the Startmenu, choose Run, and then in the Openbox, type services.msc.
 - 
In the Servicesdialog box, right-click SCMDM Enrollment Service, and then select Stop.
 - 
From the Startmenu, choose Programs, Administrative Tools, Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
