The following procedure shows you how to enable a Windows Mobile device that has been blocked to reestablish a connection with Mobile Device Manager (MDM) Gateway Server.

To unblock a device
Open MDM Console. In the navigation pane, expand the Device Managementnode.
Select Blocked Devices. The list of blocked devices appears in the details pane.
In the details pane, right-click the target device name and then select Unblock.
In the confirmation dialog box, choose Yesto confirm that you want to unblock the device.
