The Get-SoftwareDistributionConfigcmdlet returns the ReofferPeriodInDaysvalue for the Mobile Device Manager software distribution server. This value determines how long MDM software distribution waits before reoffering a package that failed to install on a Windows Mobile managed device.
You can set the ReofferPeriodInDaysvalue with the Set-SoftwareDistributionConfigcmdlet.
