In SCM, you can manage a variety of baseline attachments to provide supporting information for your organization’s baselines. Use SCM to open, view, edit, save, and print baseline attachments. You also can delete attachments associated with custom baselines, and save copies of baseline attachments to distribute them in your organization. You can attach documents and other files to baselines to provide additional information, such as how decisions were made about which settings to include and which to exclude.
