SCM also lets you export baselines in the same format that the tool uses so that you can share them with other IT pros using SCM in other environments.
To export a SCM .cab file
- In the Baselines Library pane, click the baseline that you want to export, and then in the Action pane, in the Export area, click SCM (.cab).
- In the Export to SCM dialog box, browse to the desired
folder where you want to export the baseline from SCM, specify a
name for the .cab file, and then click Save.
The export operation produces the baseline in a .cab file in the location that you specified on your computer.
