Export Microsoft Excel workbooks

Use the Excel (.xslm) feature to export baseline information in an Excel workbook.

Note   The export feature option requires Microsoft® Excel® 2007 to be installed on the computer running SCM.

To export an Excel workbook

1. In the Baselines Library, select the baseline that you want to export, and then in the Action pane, under Export, click Excel (.xslm).
2. In the Export to Excel dialog box, define location on your computer where you want to export the workbook, the name of the Excel file that you want to export, and then click Save.

   Note   If macros are disabled in Excel, then an alert message displays with a security warning on the disabled workbook. On the Security Warning notice, below the ribbon of the workbook, click the Enable Content button to complete the export process.
