You can either click the Download Microsoft baselines automatically link on the Welcome page of SCM to accomplish this task, or you can configure SCM to automatically download new Microsoft baselines and baseline updates each time the application starts.
To configure SCM to automatically download Microsoft baselines and baseline updates
1. On the main menu, click File and then click Options (Ctrl+O).
2. In the Options dialog box, ensure that the Check for updates automatically at startup option is selected, verify the location of the Attachments folder for the baseline updates, and then click OK, as indicated in the following figure.
