If you decide that you want to download a particular baseline in a Microsoft product, or an entire product baseline, restart your computer, and then SCM. When the tool starts, it automatically scans your computer for any missing released Microsoft baselines, and then provides you with options in the Download Updates dialog box to download them as illustrated in the following figure.
