You can add attachments with any of the file extensions listed in the previous section, such as Word documents and Excel workbooks, to any of your custom baselines.

To add an attachment to a custom baseline

  1. In the Baselines Library, under Custom Baselines, click the name of the custom baseline node to expand it, and then click Attachments \ Guides.
  2. In the Action pane, under Attachment, click Add.
  3. In the Add document dialog box, browse to the folder that contains the file with a supported extension that you want to attach, and then click the file to import it to the Attachment location for the product baseline.
Note: If the baseline already has an attachment with the same name, you can either replace it or cancel this action.
