Use the Company Knowledge tab of the Rule Properties dialog box to view or modify the knowledge article that is specific to your company.
This tab contains the following elements.
- Edit
- Opens a Microsoft Word template where you can create or modify the knowledge article.
- Save
- Saves your knowledge article to the Management Pack.
