Use the Product Knowledge tab on the Rule Properties dialog box to view the knowledge article provided with the Management Pack. You cannot modify the product knowledge included in a sealed Management Pack.
This tab contains the following element.
- Edit
- Launches a Microsoft Word document in which you can create or modify the product knowledge article.
