Use the Company Knowledge tab on the Monitor Properties dialog box to view, create, or edit the company knowledge article for the monitor.
This tab contains the following elements.
- Save
- Saves the knowledge article to the Management Pack.
- Edit
- Opens a password-protected Microsoft Office Word file that contains an outline for your company knowledge article, where you can draft the article.
- Select destination management pack
- Provides a drop-down list from which you can select a destination Management Pack.
- New
- Opens the Create a Management Pack Wizard, where you can create a new Management Pack.
