IProgram::StartTime is a read-only property, in Configuration Manager, that indicates when the program was first made available by the administrator.

Parameters
- pVal
- Data type: DATEQualifiers: [out, retval]Pointer to the time when the program was first made available.
Return Values
An HRESULT code. Possible values include, but are not limited to, the following:
- S_OK
- The method succeeded.
